The original intent of chakra work was to assist in meditations and the spiritual quest of the meditator. Chinese chakra meditations make use of heaven and earth. Techniques of chakra cleansing have been developed through the ages by Buddhist and Daoist practitioners. Two methods are the core of this workshop: opening lotus (ascension step by step) and whirling gate, aura and chakra meditation.
