Ordinary hatha yoga’s focus strongly on stretch en torsion and uses breathing mostly to allow you to relax and stretch in the used muscle groups. Wudang Breathing Yoga uses breath to investigate the whole of the internal tissues of your body, to soften them and to strengthen them.
At the same time Wudang Breathing Yoga helps you to lift up your sense experiences towards a higher comfort level during the generation of higher stress levels to your body. Both the muscles and joints as well as the mind are this way optimally conditioned for stress resilience and strength development.
