Wudang Taiji is rooted in agility and flexibility, but at the same time uses strength without heavy muscle build. It does not matter if you are a beginner or experienced, for everybody there are things to learn about healthy movements for body and mind. In this workshop we use the Wudang 36/48 form to illustrate the principles of movement.
